A series of free events across Scotland to experience and discuss digital health and care.
How can we harness the power of digital to look after our health and wellbeing, on our own terms?
This is the question we will explore together at our Discover Digital events this year. Launching on the final day of Self Management Week, Discover Digital events will take place during October 2019.
These will be exploratory events suitable for all ages, dedicated to health and wellbeing. Together we will discover some of the ways in which digital tools can help us look after ourselves, now and in the future.
There will be a selection of stalls, talks, activities at each of our four showcase events. These will be led by experts from local and national organisations and vary in each location.
