The Stay Well Stay Connected (SWSC) wellbeing matters aims are to :

  1. Promote social engagement
  2. Increase the quality of time spent with others
  3. Develop friendships and meaningful relationships
  4. To maintain sensory awareness and ability to encourage communication and self-expression
  5. Promote a sense of feeling cared for and caring for
  6. To promote a sense of self-worth and a sense of value and importance
