Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership’s draft Strategic Commissioning Implementation Plan 2018-2022 is out for consultation.
The document outlines the Partnership’s commissioning intentions to reshape services to meet future demographic and financial challenges.
Proposals focus on service areas which the Partnership feels are ripe for change and development and have the potential for positive impacts on outcomes for the individuals.
These include - care at home; residential care (older people & physical disability, learning disability, mental health); intermediate care; re-ablement services; out-of-hours and responder services; and joint equipment service.
The deadline for consultation responses, which can be emailed to ktoshney@aberdeencity.gov.uk, is Monday 20 November.
